- Collaborate with product teams to integrate innovations into core offerings
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-oriented innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
