Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market research, patent analysis, and industry foresight
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation for experimental projects and pilot programs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development and operational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of identifying and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
