Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
