Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI-human symbiosis
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, spatial web, synthetic biology)
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces (haptic feedback, neural interfaces)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic labs and tech accelerators
- Present future-vision whitepapers to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on business outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching at least one breakthrough product (2018-2023)
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing architectures and blockchain 3.0
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and designers
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects
