Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across quantum computing, biotech, and AI sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and designers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D cycles
- Analyze emerging technology trends to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate risks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact projects
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling technology ventures from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
