- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting innovation
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable products
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitor technology portfolios and market disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing and executing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum systems, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (GDPR, AI Act, CTA) and ethical frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI projection
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
