Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology readiness and market impact
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation incubation programs for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, or Web3)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy execution (3+ case studies)
