Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) to develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing technologies
- Create comprehensive technology adoption frameworks with ROI projections
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Manage innovation incubation programs for disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for technology transition challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) preferred
