Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech ecosystems
- Present tech strategy to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or clean energy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
