Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 market potential
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with company goals and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical insights into product innovation
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies a plus
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
