Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for R&D investments in next-gen tech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation ecosystems
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Demonstrated success in securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry white papers
