- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental technology initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and future workforce trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 emerging tech initiatives
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical tech standards
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
