Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping for future tech domains
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Partner with academic institutions for cutting-edge R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
