Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven allocation
- Pioneer industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build and lead a dedicated future technologies incubation team
- Monitor global tech trends through proprietary intelligence systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing >$3M in R&D funding
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO, CTSP) preferred
