- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead ideation workshops and prototyping sessions for next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to translate vision into actionable strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policies and anticipate their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Prior experience in building innovation ecosystems or corporate venture arms
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
