Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
