Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovation milestones
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation across emerging tech initiatives
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech forums and thought leadership conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Management, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment tools
