Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to incubate future-focused initiatives
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and proof-of-concept projects
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions and startups
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
