- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation task forces
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption impact on UN SDGs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Security clearance eligibility for federal collaboration projects
