Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, aligning with organizational vision and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and product managers
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members

Qualifications
