Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy horizon for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Create executive-ready technology roadmaps with clear ROI projections
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and emerging vendors
- Present technology insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and track performance metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of past technology strategy implementations required
