Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech insights into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to secure IP and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling tech-vision narratives to stakeholders and boards, securing buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption and advise on risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in technology strategy
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical, market, and social data
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
