You'll shape product roadmaps, conduct horizon scanning, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to execute on future-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging trends with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of emerging tech investments
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects for rapid technology adoption
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation task force
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation
