Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning for 3-5 year technology horizons
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projections
