- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal ideation platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks like Porter's Five Forces and SWOT 3.0
