- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) and develop commercialization roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Create ethical frameworks and risk mitigation protocols for disruptive technologies
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior researchers in future-tech foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing early-stage innovations
- Strong understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
