Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) for commercial viability and ethical implications
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor innovation teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
- Strong understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) highly valued
