Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends

- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments across quantum, AI, blockchain, and biotech sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology practices
- Mentor R&D teams in future-proofing technology architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology MBA
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
