Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ market trends
- Develop strategic adoption frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Build and manage a global network of innovation partners and research institutions
- Create scenario-planning models for disruptive technology impacts
- Drive cross-functional implementation of future-proofing initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and startup partnerships
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
