Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market implications for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate feasibility of future technology integrations
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting our industry horizon
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy (articles, patents, etc.)
