Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon, integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market analysis and patent research
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and tech pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and technology incubation
- Drive ethics frameworks for responsible AI and quantum deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
