Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-potential R&D projects
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership content on technology disruption and future-proofing business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical strategy teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technology fields
