Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and blockchain infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in metaverse, biotech, and clean energy tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with long-term business objectives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio including pilot programs and strategic partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Mentor a team of emerging technologists and futurists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 publications
