- Partner with VPs of Product to translate futuristic concepts into viable products
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and mentor a team of 8-12 futurist engineers
- File 5+ patents annually in disruptive technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record launching category-defining products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Forbes/MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Startups/Big Tech hybrid background preferred
