- Manage partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team
- Develop KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven innovation track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
