- Establish R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab in prototyping and pilot testing
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: Web3, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives ($10M+ budgets)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 10% percentile score on AWS/Azure architecture certifications
