Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech) and deliver actionable insights
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech solutions into product development pipelines
- Manage a $5M innovation budget, prioritizing projects with exponential ROI potential
- Mentor a team of 12 technologists and futurists through quarterly tech sprints and hackathons
- Represent InnovateFuture at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven success in scaling innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level experience at Fortune 500 or unicorn tech companies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Published author or speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
