Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ initiatives
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct market impact assessments and competitive technology audits
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal advocacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience building and scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
