Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI governance)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify strategic IP opportunities
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M and vendor partnerships for emerging tech solutions
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible development of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching commercialized technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong background in patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
