Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI

- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic initiatives
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and leading cross-functional teams
