Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps integrating disruptive technologies into core business functions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement emerging tech pilots and measure ROI
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication abilities
- Certifications in technology management or innovation methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Lean Startup)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or product launches
