Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering/Physics
- Proven track record in quantum/AI implementation
- Deep understanding of emerging tech commercialization
- Experience with patent strategy and IP management
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
