Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) with 2026 adoption potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions with executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and competitive advantage
- Manage vendor relationships and pilot programs for emerging tech solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption cycles (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong background in business strategy development and execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
