Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 3-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technical professionals
