Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies 3-5 years ahead
- Architect proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with product teams to translate future tech visions into market-ready solutions
- Mentain ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption across global markets
- Present future tech strategies to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and designers quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
