Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology strategy roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation sprints and prototyping sessions for futuristic product concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Certified Innovation Professional or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and research communities
