- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into business roadmaps
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Present futuristic concepts to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation lab budget and resource allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI governance, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies field
- Experience building and leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
