Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, ISO)
