Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology adoption roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Author thought leadership frameworks on responsible tech adoption in 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with direct experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc)
- Deep understanding of tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (strongly preferred)
