Responsibilities

- Drive patent development and IP monetization strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech adoption
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee $2M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and testing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Portfolio of launched future-tech products (post-2020)
